How do you use PrankDial?
- Choose any prank on the homepage or mobile app (you can also preview the pranks before sending)
- Enter the number of the person you want to prank.
- Make the number you want the call to come from anything you wish. This is optional. If it is left blank, the calling will be coming from an unknown number.
- Choose to listen live and record the prank.
- Send the prank! If you think it”s hilarious, share it on your favorite social network!
I lost my Token ID, how can I retrieve it?

Can I search for an old recording?
Using Free Tokens: No, unless you go through your browser history and look for the page link. All recordings older than 15 days will also be deleted.
Using Paid Tokens: If you are logged in with your token ID, you can find all of your old pranks under the “History” tab.
How do I listen to my old pranks?
Using Free Tokens: Download the prank and save it to your computer. You many also save the MP3 recording link provided to access it later.

How do I find a downloaded prank on my phone?
The pranks should be saved to the “Downloads” folder of your phone or onto an SD card, not in the app.
How do I save a prank?
On the Submissions page, click on the “Download this prank” button.
How do I share my pranks to Facebook & Twitter?
Website: On the Submissions page, copy and paste the link under “Share this Clip” to share.
App: After completing the prank, choose an option to share your prank to email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
How long do I have to wait to get 3 free tokens?
Free tokens are recycled after 24 hours.
What is my token ID?
Your token ID is sent to your email. Save this! This is the unique login for you to access your tokens.
Why are my free tokens being taken when I have not used them?
Free tokens for the web application are administered based on ip address. If you live with someone in a household that also uses PrankDial, they may be using the same 3 tokens.
How do I get more tokens?
There are 3 ways to get more tokens:

What do I do if I paid for tokens on your site but the token ID I received does not work?
Please contact support under our Help section and fill out a ticket. We will look into it and resolved the situation ASAP.
Why is your app not in the Android Market?
Our android app is currently off the market but you can still get it by following these instructions: http://www.prankdials.com/android/. If you already have PrankDial installed on your Android, it will still work.
